1. Who we are and what these terms cover#

1.1The website bestmastering.com (the "Site"), the browser tools on it (Mixing Studio, Mastering, Auto Master, Vocal Toner - the pitch and note editor - and the other tools we add), accounts, web memberships and the store are provided by BestMastering ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@bestmastering.com.

1.2These terms apply to your use of the Site, the browser tools, your account, web memberships and the store. Other documents apply to specific things:

1.3Applies from the plug-in release If these terms and the EULA disagree about a downloadable plug-in, the EULA wins for that plug-in. If these terms and the Refund and Payments Policy disagree about money, the policy wins.

1.4The business behind BestMastering may later be moved to a successor business or company. Clause 19.3 explains what that means for you.

2. Accepting the terms; who may use the service#

2.1By using the Site, or by creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2.2You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or to buy anything, because payment is made in cryptocurrency. The free tools can be used by anyone who may lawfully use them.

2.3If you use the service for a company or a studio, you confirm that you may bind it. A single account is for a single person (see the EULA for the licence consequences).

2.4You may not use the service where that is forbidden by law, or if you are on a sanctions list or acting for someone who is. We may refuse or block new payments from some countries or addresses (see the Refund and Payments Policy).

3. The browser tools, and what leaves your device#

3.1Applies once the Pro limits are active in the browser tools What the tools do. The browser tools let you arrange, mix, process and master audio, measure loudness, compare it with streaming-platform targets, record from a microphone, edit pitch and notes, and export the result. Some functions are free; some need a paid web membership or a plug-in licence ("Pro" functions). The free level allows analysis, preview and MP3 export at 128 kbit/s, and the Pro level adds MP3 320 kbit/s, WAV (16, 24 and 32-bit float), FLAC, Auto Master export and report export. These limits are settings that we may change (clause 10.3).

3.2Your audio is processed on your device and is not uploaded. Decoding, effects, mixing, analysis, rendering and export are done by code running in your browser (including Web Workers and audio worklets). We have no server that receives, stores, listens to or analyses your audio files, recordings or projects.

3.3Plug-in parts apply from the plug-in release What does leave your device. Annex A lists it exactly. In short: (a) the ordinary web requests that every website receives (your IP address, browser type, the file requested, the time) when you open the Site and its program files, and the technical network-error reports described in Annex A; (b) when you use account functions, your e-mail address and a derived key (never your password itself), one-time link codes and similar account data; (c) your session cookie and licence information so the server knows which licence you own; (d) deposit checks and purchase actions; (e) if you use a downloadable plug-in, the licence sign-in described in the EULA and the Privacy Policy; (f) where a form shows Cloudflare's bot check, the technical signals of that check, which your browser sends to Cloudflare itself (Privacy Policy, clause 3, row 19).

3.4How this was checked. Before this version was published, the program files that the Site delivers to your browser were searched for every kind of network call and for third-party addresses (summary in Annex C). No code was found that sends audio or project content anywhere, the pages of the free tools contain no HTML form, and no third-party font, image or analytics host is loaded; the only third-party script is Cloudflare's bot check, which the account pages request only when the sign-up or password-reset form is shown or after failed sign-in attempts (Privacy Policy, clause 3, row 19). The Site also sends a restrictive content security policy (a "Content-Security-Policy" header) that tells the browser to allow connections only to our own addresses (bestmastering.com and the account service api.bestmastering.com) and to load scripts and frames from no third party except that bot check.

3.5Your projects live in your browser. Autosaved projects, imported audio and settings are stored in your browser on your device (see the Cookies and Storage Notice). We cannot see or recover them. Clearing site data, using a private window, a browser crash or a full disk can delete them. Export and back up anything important.

3.6Offline use. The Site can be installed as an app and can work offline after the first visit. Offline copies are kept in your browser's cache and are updated when you are online.

3.7Browsers. The tools are tested mainly in current Chromium-based browsers (Chrome, Edge). Other browsers may work differently or not at all. Some functions (microphone, installable app, audio worklets) need a secure connection (https) and your permission. We do not promise that every browser, operating system or audio device will work.

4. Accounts and account security#

4.1Creating an account. You register with an e-mail address and a password. You must give an address that you control. We send a confirmation link; some functions (for example your personal deposit address) need a confirmed address. Using someone else's address, or opening accounts in bulk or by automated means, is not allowed.

4.2How your password is handled. Your browser turns your password into a derived key before anything is sent; the server never receives the password itself, and stores only a salted, peppered hash of the derived key. This is described in the Privacy Policy. No design is perfect: a malicious browser extension or a compromised device can read what you type.

4.3Your duties. You must:

• choose a strong, unique password (at least 10 characters; a short list of very common passwords is refused);
• keep the password and your mailbox safe - a password-reset link goes to your mailbox, so whoever controls your mailbox can take over your account;
• not share your account, password or licence with anyone;
• tell us at once at support@bestmastering.com if you think someone else has access;
• keep your e-mail address current.

4.4No two-factor sign-in today. We do not offer two-factor authentication yet. We will say so on the sign-up page.

4.5Responsibility for activity. You are responsible for what happens under your account unless it results from our own fault.

4.6Sign-in protection. After several failed sign-in attempts the account is locked for a short and growing time, and there are limits per IP address. This can be triggered by other people who know your address; a password reset by e-mail still works.

4.7Lost password or lost mailbox. A lost password is reset by e-mail. If you lose access to the mailbox itself we cannot simply hand the account to you, because we cannot tell you from an attacker. Without access to the registered mailbox there is no account recovery, except where you can show control of the wallet or the transaction hashes of past payments and we, at our sole discretion, agree.

4.8Deleting your account. You can delete your account yourself, with your password. Deleting starts a 7-day waiting period in which nothing is lost: you can still sign in and cancel the deletion, and purchases are paused. When the period ends, your e-mail address and sign-in data are removed. It also ends your balance and every licence tied to the account, and we cannot restore them after that. Use or withdraw your balance, and download what you need, before deleting (see the Refund and Payments Policy). The delete screen lists your balance and licences and asks you to confirm that you give them up, and we send a confirmation e-mail to your address. Payment records are kept as accounting facts that no longer carry your e-mail address (see the Privacy Policy, clause 11).

4.9Inactive accounts. We do not delete inactive accounts that hold a balance or a licence. Accounts that were never confirmed and hold nothing are deleted after 7 days.

5. Memberships and purchases#

5.1Plug-in parts apply from the plug-in release What you can buy. A web membership (week, month, year or lifetime) for the Pro functions of the browser tools; a plug-in licence for each downloadable plug-in; a Vocal Toner licence; and Full Band, which covers every current and future plug-in, Vocal Toner and a lifetime web membership. Annex B lists the products and prices that apply from the effective date of this version; the price shown on the store page when you buy is the price you pay.

5.2Balance first, then an explicit "Buy". You add funds to your account balance by sending USDT to your personal deposit address. A purchase happens only when you click "Buy" after the store has shown you the product, the price and your balance. Money on your balance is never converted into a product automatically. Details are in the Refund and Payments Policy.

5.3No automatic renewal. We do not charge you automatically and we do not store a payment method that could be charged. A time-limited membership simply ends on its end date. Buying again while a membership is active adds the new time after the current end date.

5.4Plug-in parts apply from the plug-in release What "lifetime" means. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the product or service concerned - not your own lifetime and not forever. For a plug-in it means a licence with no end date for the versions you have received, plus updates as set out in the EULA. For a web membership it means access to the Pro functions for as long as we operate the web tools. If we permanently close the web tools or the licence service, we give at least 12 months' notice, and before closing we release a final version of each plug-in that does not need the licence service. If the web tools close early without such a notice period, buyers of lifetime web memberships get a refund of the price they paid, reduced by 10 percent for each full year since purchase.

5.5Prices. Prices are in US dollars and are paid in USDT. Price changes are not retroactive: the price shown when you click "Buy" applies. We may change prices, offer promotions or stop selling a product at any time.

5.6Applies from the plug-in release Upgrading to Full Band. There is no credit for earlier single purchases when you buy Full Band.

5.7Applies from the plug-in release Plug-in downloads. Plug-in installers are available only to accounts that own the product. The licence terms for plug-ins are in the EULA.

5.8Technical limits. The service runs on shared internet infrastructure. During heavy load the server may answer "busy"; this does not cost you money, and you can try again.

6. CXDX hold access (not offered today)#

6.1A separate way to get access by holding a certain amount of the CXDX token in a wallet linked to your account has been built but is switched off. It is not offered.

6.2If it is ever offered it will be described on its own page, and this clause will be replaced by specific terms. Nothing in these terms is a statement about the price, value or future of any token, or an invitation to buy one.

7. Acceptable use#

7.1This clause is the acceptable-use rule of the service. There is no separate page.

7.2Subject to clause 9.4, you must not:

• use the service for anything unlawful, or to infringe someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy (you are responsible for having the rights to the audio you process);
• try to bypass, disable or tamper with licence checks, paywalls, device limits, rate limits or other security measures, including editing the licence file or the page code to unlock features;
• share, sell, rent or publish your account, your licence or the plug-in installers, or resell access;
• scrape, crawl, stress-test or overload the service, or send automated requests beyond normal use of the tools;
• create accounts by automated means or in bulk, or use the deposit address system in a way meant to burden it (for example creating many accounts to lengthen our payment checks);
• reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the service or the plug-ins, except where the law, or clause 9.4 for third-party components, allows it despite this rule;
• send malware, probe other users' accounts, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure (Cloudflare, mail and blockchain services included);
• use the service to build a competing product by copying our code, presets or models;
• harass or threaten our staff or other users.

7.3Security research. If you find a security problem, please tell us at support@bestmastering.com and give us reasonable time to fix it before you publish it. Do not access other people's data, and do not harm the service.

7.4Consequences. We may warn you, limit or suspend functions, lock or close an account, revoke licences obtained through abuse, and report unlawful activity. Clause 12 explains refunds.

8. Your audio and your content#

8.1You keep all rights in your audio, recordings, projects and exports. We claim no rights in them. Because the tools process them on your device, we do not receive them and do not need a licence to them.

8.2If you send us material. If you voluntarily send us a file or a project to get support, you allow us to use it only to look into your problem. We delete such files within 30 days after the case is closed. Feedback and ideas you send us may be used by us freely and without payment, but you keep ownership of any audio in them.

8.3Your responsibility. You confirm that you have the rights to the material you process and publish. We do not check it. Using the tools does not make a recording legal to release.

8.4Copyright complaints. We do not host or publish user content, so notice-and-takedown situations should be rare. If you believe that something on the Site infringes your rights, write to support@bestmastering.com (subject "Copyright") with your contact details, the address of the page, what is infringed and why.

8.5Backups. You are responsible for keeping copies of your audio and projects.

9. Our rights and third-party components#

9.1The Site, the browser tools, the plug-ins, their code, sound processing, designs, presets, text and the name BestMastering belong to us or our licensors. You get only the rights these documents give you.

9.2Plug-in parts apply from the plug-in release The service includes components made by others, for example lamejs 1.2.1 (MP3 encoder, LGPL-3.0, loaded as a separate, unmodified, replaceable file); @noble/ed25519 (MIT, licence signature checks); and, in the plug-ins, the JUCE framework, Steinberg's VST® 3 SDK and Microsoft's WebView2 runtime. Clause 11 of the EULA names the main components of the plug-ins and the licence each one is used under. The third-party notices at https://bestmastering.com/licenses list lamejs and @noble/ed25519 with their copyright notices and licence texts, and give the corresponding source of lamejs.

9.3Names of streaming services, DAWs and other products that we mention (for example loudness targets of music platforms, or compatibility with a DAW) belong to their owners. We use them only to describe what our tools do. We are not connected with them and they do not endorse us. VST is a registered trademark of Steinberg Media Technologies GmbH.

9.4Third-party and open-source components. The website and the plug-ins contain third-party software. It is licensed to you under its own terms, which apply to that software instead of these Terms. Clause 9.2 of these Terms and clause 11 of the EULA name the components and their licences; for the website components, https://bestmastering.com/licenses carries the licence texts and, for lamejs, the corresponding source. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under those licences. In particular you may replace or modify the LGPL-licensed MP3 encoder library (lamejs / LAME) used for MP3 export, and you may reverse engineer the combined work to the extent needed to debug such a modification. The library is a separate file, https://bestmastering.com/vendor/lame.min.js, that the browser tools read when they encode an MP3 and do not check against a fixed value. The website has no setting for choosing another file, but a modified build with the same interface that your own browser loads from that address can be used in its place.

10. Availability and changes to the service#

10.1We try to keep the service available, but we do not promise it will always work, be error-free or be available at a given time. We may suspend it for maintenance or when something outside our control (hosting, blockchain, e-mail provider, a public RPC service) fails.

10.2The payment, licence and account service runs on third-party infrastructure with usage limits. When limits are reached, functions may slow down or briefly refuse requests.

10.3We may change, add or remove functions, formats, free-level limits and Pro functions. For paid products, we will not remove a function you paid for without a reasonable replacement or a remedy under clause 5.4 or the EULA.

10.4Plug-in parts apply from the plug-in release We may stop offering a product or plug-in for new sales at any time. Existing licences stay valid as set out in the EULA.

11. No promise of results#

11.1The tools are aids. We do not promise any particular loudness, sound quality, commercial success, mastering result, or acceptance, ranking or loudness treatment by any streaming service, distributor, broadcaster or store. Those services change their rules and processing without notice. Target values and platform information in the tools are for guidance only; they may be out of date or wrong for your material.

11.2Loudness and peak readings follow published measurement methods (for example ITU-R BS.1770 and EBU R128), but we do not certify them, and different meters can read differently. Always listen on your own equipment and use your own judgement.

11.3Audio tools can produce sudden loud sounds. Keep monitoring levels safe. We are not responsible for hearing or equipment damage.

11.4Free tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that they are error-free, suitable for your purpose or compatible with your equipment.

12. Ending your use; suspension and termination#

12.1You can stop using the service at any time and can delete your account (clause 4.8).

12.2We can suspend or end your access or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if we must do so by law or by a court or authority, if you commit fraud or abuse, or if continuing to serve you would create a security risk. Where it is reasonable and legal we will tell you why and give you a chance to explain first.

12.3Plug-in parts apply from the plug-in release Effect. Web-membership functions end. Plug-in licences follow the EULA. If we close your account for your breach or abuse, balance and licences may be forfeited; if we close it without your fault, we will refund the unused balance and treat refunds of purchases under the Refund and Payments Policy.

12.4Clauses that by their nature continue (ownership, liability limits, payments already made, governing law, dispute resolution) survive the end.

13. Limitation of liability#

13.1Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law (for example for fraud, intentional misconduct, or - where applicable - death or personal injury, or the mandatory rights of consumers).

13.2Subject to 13.1 and as far as the law allows:

• we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunities, or damage to reputation;
• we are not liable for lost or damaged audio, projects or data (clause 3.5 and 8.5);
• we are not liable for losses caused by things outside our reasonable control, including failure of the internet, your device or browser, hosting, mail, public blockchain nodes or the blockchain network itself;
• we are not liable for cryptocurrency that you send to a wrong address, wrong token or wrong network (see the Refund and Payments Policy), or lost through your own wallet, exchange or key management;
• our total liability for anything connected with the service is limited to the larger of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event and (b) USD 100.

13.3Free tools are provided free of charge; our liability for them is limited as far as the law allows.

14. Your responsibility for claims you cause#

14.1If a third party makes a claim against us because you broke these terms, used the service unlawfully, or processed or published material you had no right to, you will reimburse our reasonable costs and losses resulting from that claim. If you are a consumer, this clause applies only as far as the mandatory consumer law of your country allows.

15. Payments, taxes and refunds#

15.1Payment is only in USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20). Everything about deposits, balance, refunds, chargebacks (none exist), mistakes, taxes and price changes is in the Refund and Payments Policy, which is part of these terms.

15.2You are responsible for taxes that apply to you. Prices are the amounts shown on the store page; where we are required by law to collect a tax from you, the store page shows it before you pay. See the policy.

16. Privacy and storage#

16.1The Privacy Policy explains what personal data is processed and why. The Cookies and Storage Notice explains the cookie and browser storage we use. Both describe the facts as checked before this version was published.

17. Governing law and disputes#

17.1Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BestMastering's operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence are not affected.

17.2Informal resolution first. If you have a complaint, please write to support@bestmastering.com first. We will answer within 30 days and try to settle the matter with you in good faith. This does not limit your right to go to a court or authority that has jurisdiction.

17.3If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live may give you rights that these terms cannot take away, and may allow you to bring a case in your home courts.

18. Changes to these terms#

18.1We may change these terms, for example for legal, security or service reasons or when functions change. For material changes we will notify you by e-mail to your account address or by a notice on the Site at least 30 days before the change applies, except where a change is needed immediately for legal or security reasons.

18.2If you do not agree with a change, you can stop using the service and delete your account before it applies; we will then treat unused balance under the Refund and Payments Policy. If you keep using the service after the change applies, you accept it.

18.3Each version has a version number and an effective date at the top. Earlier versions are kept in an archive on the Site so that you can see what applied when you bought.

19. General terms#

19.1Entire agreement. These terms, the EULA (for plug-ins), the Refund and Payments Policy, the Privacy Policy and the Cookies and Storage Notice are the whole agreement between you and us about the service.

19.2If a clause is invalid the rest stays valid, and the invalid clause is replaced by a valid one that comes closest to its purpose.

19.3Transfer. We may transfer our rights and duties to a successor business (for example when a company is formed to run the service), if the service and your rights continue on the same terms. You may not transfer your account or licences, except as the EULA says.

19.4No waiver. If we do not enforce a right immediately, we have not given it up.

19.5Force majeure. Neither side is responsible for failure or delay caused by events outside its reasonable control, such as network or power failures, blockchain halts or forks, acts of authorities, war, natural disaster, or failure of major infrastructure providers. This does not remove the duty to pay for what was already bought.

19.6Language. The English text is the original. The Turkish text is provided for convenience; if the two differ, the English text prevails, unless mandatory consumer law of your country requires the text in your language to prevail.

19.7Notices. We may give notices by e-mail to your account address or on the Site. You may give notices to support@bestmastering.com.

20. Contact#

These products and prices apply from the effective date of this version. The store page shows the price when you buy.

A web membership unlocks Pro functions in the browser tools but does not include the downloadable plug-ins.

Annex C - How the statements about data were checked#

Before this version was published we searched the program files that the Site actually delivers to your browser for:

• network calls (fetch, XMLHttpRequest, sendBeacon, WebSocket, EventSource, importScripts). The only requests found fetch our own files (the platform data core/platforms.json, the price list assets/catalogue/pricing.json, the MP3 encoder vendor/lame.min.js, and the files that the service worker keeps for offline use) and, in the account features, our own account service on api.bestmastering.com. Messages posted inside a page go only to our own background workers, audio worklets and the service worker;
• forms, frames and external resources: the pages of the free tools contain no HTML form and no frame; the account pages have input fields whose content is sent only by our own script to our own account service; the only external resource is the script and the frame of Cloudflare's bot check, which the account pages load only on the forms named in the Privacy Policy (clause 3, row 19); no page loads another external script, stylesheet, font or image;
• web addresses: addresses written in the program files appear only as text (for example namespace identifiers and source references for loudness targets). Apart from the addresses named above, the Site never requests them and never shows them as links;
• security headers sent by our host: a content security policy that allows connections only to our own address and scripts and frames from no other host than Cloudflare's bot check, no referrer information, and a permissions policy that allows the microphone only for our own pages.

Account, store and licence functions are described in Annex A; they send data to our own server only, apart from the bot check, whose signals go from your browser to Cloudflare (Privacy Policy, clause 3, row 19).

2. Şartları kabul etmek; kimler kullanabilir#

2.2Hesap açmak veya bir şey satın almak için en az 18 yaşında olmalısınız, çünkü ödeme kripto parayla yapılır. Ücretsiz araçları yasal olarak kullanabilen herkes kullanabilir.

2.3Hizmeti bir şirket ya da stüdyo adına kullanıyorsanız onu bağlama yetkiniz olduğunu beyan edersiniz. Bir hesap tek bir kişi içindir (lisans sonuçları için EULA'ya bakın).

3. Tarayıcı araçları ve cihazınızdan çıkan veriler#

4. Hesaplar ve hesap güvenliği#

4.1Hesap açma. E-posta adresi ve şifreyle kayıt olursunuz. Kontrol ettiğiniz bir adres vermelisiniz. Bir onay bağlantısı göndeririz; bazı işlevler (örneğin kişisel yatırma adresiniz) onaylı adres ister. Başkasının adresini kullanmak, toplu ya da otomatik hesap açmak yasaktır.

4.2Şifreniz nasıl işlenir. Tarayıcınız, hiçbir şey gönderilmeden önce şifrenizi türetilmiş bir anahtara çevirir; sunucu şifrenin kendisini hiç almaz, yalnızca türetilmiş anahtarın tuzlanmış ve gizli anahtarla (biber) hazırlanmış bir özetini saklar. Bu Gizlilik Politikası'nda anlatılır. Hiçbir tasarım kusursuz değildir: kötü niyetli bir tarayıcı eklentisi ya da ele geçirilmiş bir cihaz yazdığınızı okuyabilir.

4.8Hesabı silme. Hesabınızı şifrenizle kendiniz silebilirsiniz. 5. Üyelikler ve satın alımlar#

6. CXDX tutma erişimi (bugün sunulmuyor)#

7. Kabul edilebilir kullanım#

14.1Bu şartları ihlal etmeniz, hizmeti yasadışı kullanmanız ya da hakkınız olmayan bir malzemeyi işlemeniz veya yayımlamanız yüzünden bir üçüncü taraf bize karşı talepte bulunursa, o talepten doğan makul masraf ve zararlarımızı karşılarsınız. Tüketiciyseniz, bu madde yalnızca ülkenizin emredici tüketici hukukunun izin verdiği ölçüde uygulanır.

15. Ödemeler, vergiler ve iadeler#

15.1Ödeme yalnızca BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) üzerinde USDT iledir. Yatırımlar, bakiye, iadeler, ters ibraz / chargeback (kripto ödemede yoktur), hatalar, vergiler ve fiyat değişiklikleriyle ilgili her şey bu şartların parçası olan İade ve Ödeme Politikası'ndadır.

15.2Size uygulanan vergilerden siz sorumlusunuz. Fiyatlar mağaza sayfasında gösterilen tutarlardır; yasa gereği sizden bir vergi tahsil etmemiz gerekiyorsa mağaza sayfası bunu ödemeden önce gösterir. Politikaya bakın.

16. Gizlilik ve depolama#

16.1Gizlilik Politikası hangi kişisel verilerin neden işlendiğini anlatır. Çerez ve Depolama Bildirimi kullandığımız çerezleri ve tarayıcı depolamasını anlatır. İkisi de olguları bu sürüm yayımlanmadan önce kontrol edildiği şekliyle yansıtır.

17. Uygulanacak hukuk ve uyuşmazlıklar#

17.1Uygulanacak hukuk. Bu şartlar, BestMastering'i işleten kişinin kurulu olduğu yargı alanının hukukuna, kanunlar ihtilafı kuralları gözetilmeksizin tabidir. Yaşadığınız ülkenin emredici tüketici koruma kuralları etkilenmez.

17.2Önce gayriresmî çözüm. Bir şikâyetiniz varsa lütfen önce support@bestmastering.com adresine yazın. 30 gün içinde yanıt veririz ve konuyu iyi niyetle sizinle çözmeye çalışırız. Bu, yetkili bir mahkemeye ya da makama başvurma hakkınızı sınırlamaz.

17.3Tüketiciyseniz, yaşadığınız ülkenin emredici tüketici koruma kuralları bu şartların elinizden alamayacağı haklar tanıyabilir ve davayı kendi ülkenizin mahkemelerinde açmanıza izin verebilir.

18. Şartlardaki değişiklikler#

18.1Bu şartları, örneğin yasal, güvenlik ya da hizmet nedenleriyle veya işlevler değiştiğinde değiştirebiliriz. Önemli değişikliklerde, yasal ya da güvenlik nedeniyle hemen yapılması gerekenler dışında, değişiklik uygulanmadan en az 30 gün önce hesap adresinize e-postayla ya da Site'de bir duyuruyla haber veririz.

18.2Bir değişikliği kabul etmiyorsanız, değişiklik uygulanmadan önce hizmeti kullanmayı bırakıp hesabınızı silebilirsiniz; kullanılmamış bakiyeyi İade ve Ödeme Politikası'na göre ele alırız. Değişiklik uygulandıktan sonra hizmeti kullanmaya devam ederseniz kabul etmiş olursunuz.

18.3Her sürümün üstünde bir sürüm numarası ve yürürlük tarihi vardır. Satın aldığınız anda hangisinin geçerli olduğunu görebilmeniz için eski sürümler Site'deki bir arşivde saklanır.

19. Genel hükümler#

19.1Tüm sözleşme. Bu şartlar, EULA (eklentiler için), İade ve Ödeme Politikası, Gizlilik Politikası ve Çerez ve Depolama Bildirimi hizmetle ilgili sizinle aramızdaki sözleşmenin tamamıdır.

19.2Bir madde geçersizse geri kalanı geçerli kalır ve geçersiz madde amacına en yakın geçerli bir maddeyle değiştirilir.

19.3Devir. Haklarımızı ve yükümlülüklerimizi, hizmet ve haklarınız aynı şartlarla sürdüğü takdirde, bir halef işletmeye (örneğin hizmeti işletmek için bir şirket kurulduğunda) devredebiliriz. EULA'nın izin verdiği hâller dışında hesabınızı ya da lisanslarınızı devredemezsiniz.

19.4Feragat yok. Bir hakkı hemen kullanmamamız ondan vazgeçtiğimiz anlamına gelmez.

19.5Mücbir sebep. Hiçbir taraf, makul kontrolü dışındaki olaylardan, örneğin ağ ya da elektrik kesintileri, blokzincir durması veya çatallanması, makam işlemleri, savaş, doğal afet ya da büyük altyapı sağlayıcılarının bozulması gibi nedenlerle ortaya çıkan aksama veya gecikmeden sorumlu değildir. Bu, daha önce satın alınan şeyin bedelini ödeme yükümlülüğünü kaldırmaz.

19.6Dil. İngilizce metin aslıdır. Türkçe metin kolaylık için sunulur; ikisi arasında fark olursa, ülkenizin emredici tüketici hukuku sizin dilinizdeki metnin geçerli olmasını gerektirmedikçe İngilizce metin geçerlidir.

19.7Bildirimler. Bildirimleri hesap adresinize e-postayla ya da Site'de yapabiliriz. Siz bildirimlerinizi support@bestmastering.com adresine yapabilirsiniz.

Bu ürünler ve fiyatlar bu sürümün yürürlük tarihinden itibaren geçerlidir. Satın alırken fiyatı mağaza sayfası gösterir.

Web üyeliği tarayıcı araçlarında Pro işlevlerin kilidini açar ancak indirilebilir eklentileri kapsamaz.

Ek C - Veriyle ilgili ifadeler nasıl kontrol edildi#

Bu sürüm yayımlanmadan önce, Site'nin tarayıcınıza gerçekten ilettiği program dosyalarında şunlar arandı:

• ağ çağrıları (fetch, XMLHttpRequest, sendBeacon, WebSocket, EventSource, importScripts). Bulunan tek istekler kendi dosyalarımızı alır (platform verisi core/platforms.json, fiyat listesi assets/catalogue/pricing.json, MP3 kodlayıcı vendor/lame.min.js ve service worker'ın çevrimdışı kullanım için tuttuğu dosyalar) ve hesap özelliklerinde api.bestmastering.com üzerindeki kendi hesap hizmetimizi alır. Bir sayfanın içinde gönderilen mesajlar yalnızca kendi arka plan işçilerimize, ses işçilerimize ve service worker'a gider;
• formlar, çerçeveler ve dış kaynaklar: ücretsiz araçların sayfalarında HTML formu ve çerçeve yoktur; hesap sayfalarındaki giriş alanlarının içeriğini yalnızca kendi betiğimiz kendi hesap hizmetimize gönderir; tek dış kaynak, hesap sayfalarının yalnızca Gizlilik Politikası'nda anılan formlarda yüklediği Cloudflare bot kontrolünün betiği ve çerçevesidir (madde 3, satır 19); başka hiçbir sayfa dış betik, stil sayfası, yazı tipi veya görsel yüklemez;
• web adresleri: program dosyalarında yazılı adresler yalnızca metin olarak bulunur (örneğin ad alanı tanımlayıcıları ve ses yüksekliği hedefleri için kaynak göstergeleri). Yukarıda anılan adresler dışında Site bunları hiç istemez ve bağlantı olarak da göstermez;
• barındırıcımızın gönderdiği güvenlik başlıkları: yalnızca kendi adresimize bağlantıya, Cloudflare bot kontrolü dışında hiçbir başka sunucudan betik ve çerçeveye izin vermeyen bir içerik güvenlik politikası, yönlendiren sayfa bilgisi göndermeme ve mikrofona yalnızca kendi sayfalarımız için izin veren bir izin politikası.

Hesap, mağaza ve lisans işlevleri Ek A'da anlatılır; bunlar veriyi yalnızca kendi sunucumuza gönderir; tek istisna, sinyalleri tarayıcınızdan Cloudflare'e giden bot kontrolüdür (Gizlilik Politikası madde 3, satır 19).
